Proof of Purchase

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original pristine state upon return.

All items must include original product packaging, labels, attached tags, and enclosed accessories.

Bedding must be completely free from stains, odors, pet hair, fabric damage, or signs of use.

Valid proof of purchase or your Nite Nite Bamboo order number is required for all requests.

How to Start a Return

Return Shipping Policy

Before sending an item back, contact Nite Nite Bamboo to receive return authorization and shipping instructions. Please do not send returns without contacting us first.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping fees remain non-refundable.

We strongly recommend choosing a trackable shipping carrier and retaining your proof of postage until your return is inspected and finalized.

Please include: your full name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the specific reason for your request.

Upon receiving your return, we inspect the item and notify you of approval. Approved refunds credit automatically to your original payment method.

Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives defective or incorrect, notify us immediately with photographs of the product and outer package.

For hygiene and safety reasons, washed or used items, final-sale goods, personalized orders, or items returned after 30 days are non-refundable.
