Return and Refund Policy
EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS
Returning your product because you changed your mind Please return your item within 30 days unused and in its original condition (including all tags and tags intact) with proof of purchase. We will provide you with an exchange or refund provided your returned product complies with our terms and conditions.
RETURNING A DEFECTIVE ITEM
If your product develops a fault within 7-10 days of purchase, please return it with proof of purchase and we will exchange it or refund you. Please disable all security features and remove your personal information. After 10 days, we will repair or replace the product in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act.
CANCELLATION AND RETURN OF ORDERS
All orders are processed within 48 hours and are in transit from our overseas warehouse. Orders placed after 48 hours cannot therefore be canceled. If you wish to cancel an order that has been processed or delivered to you, please note that a 15% restocking fee will be applied to the original price of your order and the return process must be completed within 48 hours. If you change your mind and wish to cancel an order delivered to you, please note that you must return the item to us within 7 days in the original packaging and in good condition. Once we have received and inspected the item, we will issue you a full refund
WHICH PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED?
The following products are not eligible for an exchange or refund (unless they are faulty or do not match the description):
Products that you received more than 14 days ago Products that have been opened or unsealed (unless required for inspection) Products without original packaging or labels Products or packaging in poor condition Products that contain your personal data or have been registered by the manufacturer Opened gift cards, CDs or records Perishable goods that contain food (e.g. gift baskets) or have an expiration date Live plants and trees (including live Christmas trees) Computer software that has been opened or redeemed If a product is personalized for you or to your specific measurements Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons: Pierced earrings Face coverings Swimwear (with the hygiene seal removed) Lingerie briefs and adhesive bras Bedding Mattresses (unless specified in a promotion by the supplier) Beauty products Toilet seats and brushes Personal care products ( such as electric shavers, breast pumps) Please note that we cannot issue a refund if you return products that are outside of our returns policy or if you do not have proof of purchase. Therefore, please keep your receipt or order confirmation.
PROCESSING THE REFUND
The refund may take up to 5 to 7 days to appear in your bank account. If you do not receive your refund within 5 days, please contact us. To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@nitenitestore.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first being returned will not be accepted.
